Website Sales
Orders may be canceled and refunded in full prior to shipment. To request a refund or cancellation, reply to your confirmation email, use our Contact Us form, or email customerservice@arcanewonders.com.
Crowdfunding / Pledge Manager
A refund may be requested for any of our crowdfunded projects by contacting us through the crowdfunding platform or by email at kickstarter@arcanewonders.com. A service fee will apply to cover platform or pledge management fees. Refunds may only be requested within 90 days after a campaign ends or 30 days before shipping begins, whichever comes first.
Retailer Orders
Retailers may request a cancellation or refund of purchased goods prior to shipment for all non-Kickstarter projects. For Kickstarter projects, retailers should request a refund at least 90 days prior to the estimated fulfillment date.
