A service fee will apply to cover platform or pledge management fees. Refunds may only be requested within 90 days after a campaign ends or 30 days before shipping begins, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-weight:700\">Retailer Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-text-color has-text-color\" style=\"line-height:1.8\">Retailers may request a cancellation or refund of purchased goods prior to shipment for all non-Kickstarter projects.
